This multi-week course is a continuation of the "Salsa Level 5" course, meant for experienced dancers. It is essential to be familiar with multiple concepts, rhythms and dance styles to join the classes of this course. You do not need to bring a dance partner. 

During the classes of this multi-week course we focus on stimulating and developing independence and creativity of the dancer. Making choreographies linking various figures, men/lady styling (improvisation), role rotations and dancing with two followers. Dancing variations of Cuban Rumba, like Guaguanco, Yambú and Columbia. We dance Rueda de Casino (up and down), Son Traditional, Son Montuno and Salsa "a contratiempo".

There will be thematic variation between the classes. For example, we alternate different dance styles, from Cuban Salsa to other Cuban and/or Latin-American rhythms like Cha cha cha, Son, Cubaton (Salsa con reggaeton) - all danced in contratiempo. Ladies are invited to practice dancing on heels (optional).
