BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT RECOVER CLASSES

All courses consist of a package of a certain amount of classes. Our decision to offer a course fully depends on the amount of packages that have been purchased.

By booking a course you committed yourself to the dates and times that are included in that particular package. Prior to every class you receive a reminder. You are offered the option to cancel, to let us know you can no longer attend. Thereby you will be removed from the leader-follower ratio of that class.
NOTE: It is very important to always cancel when you do not join. Also after 24 hours before the class!

Due to certain (unforeseen) circumstances you may not be able to join (all) the classes you have signed up for. We understand and respect that. However, we cannot guarantee missed classes can be recovered.

REQUIREMENTDS TO SIGNUP FOR A RECOVER CLASS

If you wish to do a request to catch up a class, please follow the steps below:

1. CANCEL ON TIME
   Cancel your class on time, meaning at least 24hrs before it starts!

   This can be done by using the “Manage your Booking” button that comes with every confirmation and reminder email of the classes you signed up for. If you do this within 24 hours before the class, you cancellation will be marked as “Cancelled on time”.
   NOTE: after 24 hours you should still let us know when you are not coming! Otherwise we are arranging helping dancers to equalize the groups without any need.
   

2. JOIN THE WHATSAPP GROUP(S)

   We have two closed whatsapp groups that are meant for subscribed students. One for leaders and one for followers. If you wish to be informed about any spot available to catch up, you can sent us a text via Whatsapp to be invited to join the group(s).

   On the day of the class, we post the spots that are available in which level, role and hour. If you have cancelled a class on time, you can register for a catchup class. This should be in the same course period and in the same level as the class you missed.

   NOTE: because we offer partner dances, the possibility to recover fully depends on the availability of helpers in every individual class. It may happen there does not become any spot available within the period of the course in which the class was missed. This unfortunately means that after the end of the course it will no longer be possible to catch up classes.
