If you want to subscribe for a complete course directly, you can go to our courses and select the level that suits you best. Go for the full course option.

Optionally, from level 2 onwards, you can signup for a single drop-in class. You can go to our courses and select the drop-in option. Thereby certain rules and requirements apply to maintain equal follower/leader ratios, please check the Terms & Conditions.

You need to cancel via the Manage Your Booking button!

We provide partner dances. As long as you are on the list of attendants of a class, you will be accounted for the leader-follower ratio. This ratio defines how many helpers of what role we will invite to have equal amount of both roles.

Therefore we ask you to always cancel at least 24 hours in advance when you are now longer able to join!

Single classes:
When you booked a single class and will miss it, cancellation within 24 hours will allow you to reschedule the class. After that period the class credit is lost.

• Cancellation can be done via the Manage Your Booking button in every email about the course/class you received.

• Rescheduling or cancellations can be done via the schedule confirmation email sent from “Punto Cubano Salsa Amsterdam”.

Full courses:
When you booked a full course and cannot attent a certain class of your package, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done via the Manage Your Booking button. Which can be found in the confirmation emails you receive about the course classes.

Acuity Scheduling app:
Optionally you can download the Acuity Scheduling Client app to reschedule or cancel. Download the app in Apple Store or in Google Play Store

We do not refund classes.

If you missed a class due to extreme/unforeseen situations (such as illness, accident, etc.) we will do our best to find a solution. Please contact us personally.

Single classes:

Full courses:
When you booked a full course you commit to the classes that are part of this course. We do not refund classes you missed and/or were not able to recover.

At all times, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance via the Manage Your Booking button in the confirmation emails you receive about the class/course. That way you will no longer account in the ratio of that group, which enables us to monitor the ratio of leaders and followers in every class.

When you book a course, you commit to the specific dates that are part of that particular package.

We understand in extreme and/or unforeseen situations, cancellation may be sometimes needed. However, recovering classes is never a right.

We do our best everybody can follow as many classes as they signed up for. It will not always be possible for various reasons.

If there is no direct availability to recover, you can make a request to be added to the closed Whatsapp Group for Leaders and/or Whatsapp Group for Followers. Please sent us a whatsapp to our whatsapp number: 020-2117825.

Punto Cubano Salsa Amsterdam uses these groups to inform about spots available throughout the course. All registered students of full courses are welcome to join these groups. We are the only one to post message in order to avoid spam.

In all cases classes can be recovered until the end of the same course period as in which you missed the class. After that recovering classes is not possible anymore. Please consult our Terms & Conditions.

We cannot advice on your level by email or on the phone. For that we need to see your moves first!

But do not worry, if it appears the level you booked it not suitable for you, we will discuss what is the right solution and switch your ticket to another level.

There are no costs involved in this action, but we will do this ones.

You can purchase a gift card for a single class or even for a full course. Giftcards can be used to schedule single class or a full course, depending on the giftcard type.

Purchase online:
On the main page of our website you find a gift icon. This brings you directly to the booking tool of the external provider of our giftcards. There you can choose between different options with respect to product type (single class or full course), online of physical card, additional text, package type and delivery methods (if relevant). Once you selected your preferences, you do the payment in their booking portal.

Purchase at our venue:
In the near future (read: March 2023) we will also have a physical Giftcard available at our venue. Please contact us there to get more information!

All giftcards come with a unique code. The code is usable to make bookings on our website within 72 hours after purchase.

If you encounter any problems with the purchase or delivery of the giftcard, you can contact the external giftcard provider.

If you encounter any problems with applying the unique code of the giftcard itself to fulfill a booking, you can contact Punto Cubano Salsa Amsterdam.

All classes take place at Studio Borgerstraat, located in Borgerstraat 112, 1053PX, Amsterdam.

Yes, students get 10% discount on the purchase of a full course.

Please contact us prior to your purchase to receive a unique code, as this discount is not applicable over past payment!

The discount is not valid for single lessons or other offerings we have.

If you booked a single class that was part of the course (package of multiple classes) you want to join, you can request a personal action code by email or whatsapp.

This code automatically deducts the price of the single class you paid already from the full course fee.
